Abstract

the article notes the existence of an institutional conflict between the sphere of higher education and the labor market, between the learning process and work; existing institutional conflicts are analyzed; indicated the existing shortcomings in the system of higher education; classified problem phenomena and suggested systemic steps to eliminate existing problems in the system of higher education.
