COMPARATIVE STUDY OF NORMATIVE LEGAL ACTS OF REGULATION OF DISTANCE EMPLOYMENT IN LABOR LAW OF SOME COUNTRIES OF THE ROMANO-GERMAN LEGAL FAMILY (FRANCE, ITALY, LITHUANIA, LATVIA)
Abstract
the article is intended to compare methods of legal regulation of the remote employment institute under the labor legislation of the selected Romano-German countries legal system. The basis of the study includes analysis of the stand-alone foundations of the legal remote employment regulation with various levels of arrangements (international, national, inter sectoral, sectoral, enterprise level).
