CHALLENGES OF TEACHING ELECTION LAW IN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS OF UKRAINE

Abstract

the article contains author's proposals on methodology and organization of teaching of suffrage in higher educational institutions of Ukraine in the context of the development of the Model Program of this discipline. It is asserted that the "Electoral Law" should become a normative discipline in the educational plans for training specialists of the educational and qualification level "master" in specialties 081 – law, 262 – law enforcement, 281 – public governing and administration. The author's position on the volume and structure of this discipline is grounded.
