Abstract

the article is devoted to ideas of the Reformation regarding people’s social Cohabitation, relationships between spiritual and state and law spheres of human being. It is disclosed opinions of the main leaders of the Reformation, theologians and thinkers as M. Luther, U. Zwingli, J. Calvin, their influence to farther perception about state and legal phenomena in Protestant countries at the beginning of Modern history. It is tracked the connection the Reformation’s doctrines with rising of ideas of democracy and human rights in Europe and USA.
