Aims and Scope
The Journal aims to cover a wide range of relevant political and legal issues, among them: the problems of the formation and development of civil society and the rule of law in Ukraine; ensuring human rights; the fight against crime and the protection of public order; improvement of national legislation and enforcement practice; international law.
For lawyers, politicians, scholars and practitioners, graduate students and students, as well as anyone interested in legal theory and jurisprudence.
