Анотація

Статтю присвячено висвітленню питання міжнародних стандартів реформування поліції в країнах Центральної та Східної Європи. Крім того, зроблений аналіз позитивних змін в нормотворчому процесі і труднощів у практичній реалізації при реформуванні поліцейських органів. Одночасно автором зроблено спробу визначити ефективність міжнародної донорської допомоги процесу реформування в постсоціалістичних країнах.
