Institutionalization of tourismological education and science in Ukraine (the department of tourist business of Karazin national university – 10 years

Abstract
The article examines the characteristics of disciplinary establishment of tourismological knowledge in Ukraine in the context of the Department of Tourism Business of V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University. Universities general conditions and factors for the establishment of tourism education in Ukraine have been highlighted. Based on the integrated and parametric approach to the evaluation of tourismological knowledge (its disciplinary status) the author has concluded its transformation into developed socio-cognitive system. The last one is characterized by the establishment of ramified systems for educational and scientific institutions, by the creation of scientific community for scientists-tourismologists with “disciplinary matrix” of their own research as producing generally accepted canons of tourismological studies, formation of conceptual generalizations relating to knowledge about tourism and so on.
