Ukrainian Interpol bureau as an institution combating transnational crime: legal aspects

Abstract
The article deals the substance fundation and process low state of Ukroffice Interpol. Simultaneously the writer makes an attempt to determine the stimulation factors progress of Ukroffice Interpol. The paper determines that the legal framework that regulates the status of Interpol in Ukraine is almost absent. The author considers that this organization staff requires training. The author notes the need for continuous improvement and updating forms and means of cooperation of EU criminal police staff within Interpol, an effective operational integrated database, improvement of access and data transmission.
