Правове регулювання страхування професійної відповідальності нотаріусів в Україні та за кордоном
Abstract
Стаття присвячена проблемам здійснення страхування професійної відповідальності нотаріусів. Автором надано визначення поняття «професійна відповідальність нотаріуса», розглянуті особливості страхування професійної відповідальності нотаріусів в Україні та за кордоном, страхові ризики та випадки, підстави виплати страхового відшкодування за договором страхування.
