Abstract
The article represents the conception, content and stages concerning formation of the technologies transfer as well as the relationship between their transfer and commercialization. The article analyses Some scientific approaches to such an important issue as improving the competitiveness of businesses, based on commercialization of the scientific research outcome as a result of intellectual activity/
The article also reveals characteristic features of the mechanism and the components of the commercialization process regarding intellectual property objects.
