GEOSPATIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE HOUSING STOCK IN THE SMALL CITIES OF THE LVIV REGION
Abstract
In the residential sector Lviv region there is a problem of lack of housing. In terms of availability of housing Lviv region is at 21 th place in Ukraine. A major problem is the availability of worn and emergency housing. A major problem is the maintenance of houses and adjacent territories. To improve this situation creates condominium associations (condominiums). However, the process of creating condominiums is quite slow. Nevertheless, despite the existing problems the positive dynamics increase the area of housing in small towns of Lviv region, creating conditions for the improvement of the provision of housing.
