Індустріальний туризм як ефективний напрям регенерації міст (аналіз досвіду Кривого Рогу)
Анотація
У статті акцентується увага на виборі орієнтирів успішної трансформації міст монопрофільної промислової спеціалізації України, що особливо актуальне на тлі постіндустріальних трансформацій, характерних для розвинених країн світу. Одним із перспективних напрямів диверсифікації економіки промислових міст та їх подальшої регенерації визначено індустріальний туризм. Розкрито історичні засади становлення даного туристичного напряму та проаналізовано підходи щодо визначення дефініції «індустріальний туризм», запропоновано власне трактування даного поняття. Проаналізовано наявний стан розвитку індустріального туризму в Україні, визначено, що найбільший потенціал для його розвитку має місто Кривий Ріг, що обумовлено як потужним ресурсним потенціалом, представленим різнотиповими об’єктами, так і наявністю у місті затвердженої Програми розвитку промислового туризму. Розкрито складові ресурсного потенціалу Кривого Рогу та систематизовано дані за кожним із вказаних пунктів. Структуровано піонерний для нашої країни досвід Кривого Рогу щодо комплексного розвитку індустріального туризму як напряму подальшої регенерації міста. Проаналізовано динаміку екскурсійної діяльності в місті. Складено картосхему розташування найатрактивніших для індустріального туризму промислових об’єктів Кривого Рогу. Індустріальний туризм розглянуто в усьому різноманітті його зв’язків як внутрішніх, так і зовнішніх, на основі чого розроблено організаційну модель функціонування даного туристичного напряму на локальному рівні. В даній моделі продемонстровано взаємодію між ресурсом території та сегментами забезпечення туристичної діяльності з метою створення туристичного продукту та доведення його до туриста. Окреслено недоліки становлення індустріального туризму в місті, ключовим з яких є незацікавленість та неготовність керівництва промислових підприємств приймати туристів. Не зважаючи на наявні недоліки, доведено перспективність подальшого становлення індустріального туризму в Кривому Розі та апробації його досвіду іншими монопрофільними містами України на шляху їх регенерації.
