Кліматичне фінансування в Україні
Анотація
Для розбудови дієвої системи протидії сучасним кліматичним катаклізмам необхідні чіткі регламентація й організація кліматичного фінансування для запобігання, протидії, мітигації, адаптації до змін клімату як одного з найбільших викликів як людству загалом, так і життєдіяльності та соціально-економічному розвитку окремих країн. Дієвість зазначених заходів залежатиме від з’ясування проблем, недоліків і невирішених питань у цих сферах в Україні, вдосконалення нормативно-правової бази та існуючих механізмів кліматичного фінансування, активізації пошуку додаткових джерел необхідних коштів та їхнього ефективного використання.
Метою роботи є аналіз інституційного забезпечення та стану кліматичного фінансування в Україні й виявлення проблем, недоліків і невирішених питань у цих сферах. Об’єктом дослідження є вітчизняний ринок кліматичного фінансування. Застосовано системний підхід, монографічний та історичний методи, економіко-статистичні, методи компаративного й експертного аналізу.
У статті охарактеризовано становлення інституційного забезпечення й розвиток кліматичного фінансування в Україні, виявлено існуючі проблеми в цій сфері. Результати дослідження можуть бути використані для формування інституційного забезпечення та розвитку кліматичного фінансування в нашій країні.
