Authors submitting materials to the collection «Financial and Credit Systems: Prospects for Development» retain the copyright to their works.

Submission and acceptance for publication imply that authors grant the journal the right of first publication.

All published materials are distributed under the terms of the
Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

This license permits users to:

  • use the material in any format and on any medium
  • copy and redistribute the material
  • adapt, remix, transform, and build upon the material
  • use the material for any purpose

under the following conditions:

  • appropriate credit must be given to the author(s) and the journal
  • a link to the original publication in the journal must be provided
  • any modifications made to the original work must be indicated

Author Responsibilities

Authors guarantee that their submission is original and does not infringe any copyright or intellectual property rights of third parties.

Authors also confirm that:

  • the manuscript has not been previously published
  • it is not under consideration by another journal

If the manuscript includes third-party materials (such as figures, tables, or data), authors are responsible for obtaining the necessary permissions and providing proper attribution.

Open Access Policy

The journal provides immediate open access to all published materials without access restrictions, in accordance with the principles of open science and the terms of the CC BY 4.0 license.

Publisher Responsibilities

The publisher ensures a transparent and ethical peer-review and publication process, as well as long-term digital preservation of all published content in internal and external repositories.

Authors should not list AI-assisted technologies, such as LLMs, chatbots, or image creators, as authors or co-authors. AI tools used in research or manuscript preparation must be transparently disclosed in the cover letter, acknowledgments, and methods section. Authors are responsible for accuracy, avoiding plagiarism, and guarding against AI-induced bias. Editors may reject manuscripts for inappropriate AI use, and reviewers must refrain from AI-generated reviews to maintain confidentiality.

AI-generated images and other multimedia are not allowed in our journal without explicit permission from the editors.  Exceptions may be considered for content in manuscript directly related to AI or machine learning, subject to evaluation on an individual basis
