Theoretical And Practical Aspects Of Management By Ecological Safety On The Basis Of Human-Centered Approach

Abstract

The hierarchical structure of ecological danger is considered from point of human-centered approach. Described types of sociogen class of anthropogenic type of danger. On the example of the concrete technogenic loaded region the consequences of displays are investigational dangers and their localization. Experimental researches of influencing of sociogen factors are conducted on the example of the system of collection of hard domestic offcuts. Informations technologies, realization of which enabled to promote the level of ecological consciousness of population, reduce антропогенное influence on people and environment, are developed. Cross-correlation copulas are set between the state of ecological danger of concrete kind and health of population. How element of realization of sociogen aspects of providing of ecological safety the chart of the use of scientific researches  is developed in an educational process.
