The journal Visnyk of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University. Series Еcоlogy

The Visnyk covers modern achievements in the fields of ecology, biology, geography and nature management. Special attention is paid to research aimed at solving current environmental problems, implementing innovative approaches in the field of environmental protection, as well as generalizing and disseminating international experience in environmental management and sustainable development.

The journal covers the results of scientific research in such areas as human ecology, medical and environmental research, biotechnology, constructive geography, ecology and balanced nature management. Considerable attention is paid to issues of environmental monitoring, environmental assessment, application of modern environmental protection technologies, as well as problems of organization and methodology of ecological, biological, geographical and nature protection education.

The "Ecology" series of  Karazin  University Journl was founded in 2005 by the Honored Scientist of Ukraine, Honored Professor of V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, Doctor of Geography, Professor Necos Volodymyr Yukhymovych.
