Abstract
The paper presents the evaluation of environmental and economic aspects of impact of the Novopavlivska and Krasnogradska-104 oil and gas wells of BU Ukrgasvydobuvannia on Khrestyshchenskyi and Novopavlivskyi ponds. Three methods (mechanical, chemical and biological) of treating surface water reservoirs are studied and the results of ecological and economic assessment of the effectiveness of these methods are presented. It was found that the most cost-effective and environmentally safe is the biological method based on the use of the biological absorbent «Econadin».
