Abstract
The results of research of quality of surface-water of the Kharkov area are presented on the example of the rivers of Lopan and Sarzinka with the purpose of estimation of their ecology-toxicological state. Tests waters took away in the places of the considerable anthropogenic loading and presence of entering sources water object ecologically dangerous chemicals.
It is set on the basis of results of biotesting of water of the rivers of Lopan and Sarzinka, that from the general amount of the selected tests of 51% did not answer the set norm on a toxicological index - produced a chronic toxic action on test-objects.
