Abstract

Using PM3 computer simulation method of molecule parameter calculation, nucleotide properties such as dipole moment, heat of formation and energy of the most stable conformation have been determined. While calculating, it was assumed that the nucleotide under study interacts with six near water molecules. The influence of the neighboring nucleotides on the examined one at convergence gradient ca. 1 has been also taken into account. The dependencies of above mentioned properties on nucleotide degree of determination and its location in codon have been obtained.
