ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ФОРМУВАННЯ ПЕРВИННИХ ТА ВТОРИННИХ ДОХОДІВ НАСЕЛЕННЯ: ТЕОРЕТИЧНИЙ АСПЕКТ ТА РЕАЛІЇ В УКРАЇНІ
Анотація
У статті узагальнено теоретичні підходи до формування первинних та вторинних доходів. Визначено складові та порядок формування первинних та вторинних доходів за стадіями розподілу ВВП. Проведено авторські розрахунки суми, частки та складових первинних та вторинних доходів населення в Україні згідно з визначеним порядком. На основі проведених розрахунків розраховано рівень перерозподілу загальних та вторинних доходів через зведений державний бюджет та Пенсійний фонд, обґрунтовано мультиплікативний ефект вторинних доходів на приріст первинних доходів внаслідок зростання споживчого попиту та ВВП.
