Focus and Scope
The scientific journal «Social Economics» is dedicated to highlighting the results of research on issues of labor motivation, management at various economy levels, the credit and monetary system, accounting and auditing, international economics and the world economy, economics and mathematical methods and models, statistical analysis and marketing strategies.
The mission of the journal is to promote the dissemination of original results of relevant scientific research in the economic field through open access among the scientific community.
Papers written by researchers, lecturers, practitioners, postgraduates and students of economic specialties are accepted for publication.
About the Journal
The Journal was founded in 2000.
Media identifier in the Register of the field of Media Entities: R30-04467 (Decision № 1538 dated May 9, 2024 of the National Council of Television and Radio Broadcasting of Ukraine, Protocol № 15).

The scientific journal "Social Economics" is a professional edition category "B" in the field of economic sciences (Decree of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 409 dated March 17, 2020).
The DOI (Digital Object Identifier) is assigned to every scientific article and every issue of the journal.

Frequency of publication is 2-4 times a year.

Peer Review Process
After submitting the paper by the author, the editor checks it for compliance with the subject matter and requirements for registration. At this stage, the article may be rejected by the editor.
The paper is tested for plagiarism in the Strikeplagiarism.com.
The editor sends the paper to the reviewer. The journal uses double-blind review. Reviewers are appointed from the editorial board or invited experts in selected topics.
After receipt of conclusions from reviewer, the editor takes the final decision on the publication of the paper.
Only one article from the author, including co-authorship, is allowed to be published in one issue of the journal.
The review process lasts one month. In the case of providing feedback from reviewer on the need for amendments to the paper, the author is given two weeks to correct comments.
Questions for reviewer:
Does the topic of the paper correspond to the scientific profile of the journal?
Is the topic scientifically relevant?
Does the title of the paper correspond to: the purpose (task); main provision (content); conclusions?
Is the declared goal achieved and its task accomplished?
Does the paper reflect the results of previous research on this issue and are they fully taken into account?
Is the scientific argumentation logical and convincing?
Are the research methods validly applied?
Are the findings fully and accurately illustrated by the results of the study, is the novelty highlighted and does the author provide suggestions for future research?
Will you recommend some clarifications in terms of style and language?
Does the amount, quality and relevance of references and literary sources satisfy you?
The reviewer gives a conclusion:
- Accept the paper.
- Accept the paper with minor revision.
- Accept the paper with major revision.
- Reject.
Plagiarism Screening Policy
All submitted papers are checked for plagiarism in the Plagiarism detection system Strikeplagiarism.com. The submitted papers with plagiarism and a high level of unoriginal text are rejected.
Publication Charges
There is no Article Processing Charges and Submission Charges.

The Journal «Social Economics», when publishing articles, is governed by the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0), which permits to copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format, remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose indicated the authorship of the article and the reference to the original work.

Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0) that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgment of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.
The author signs an agreement with the Publisher regarding the use of the work and agrees to delegate to the Publisher the right to process his personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine «On Protection of Personal Data».
Authorship and AI tools
Authors should not list AI-assisted technologies, such as LLMs, chatbots, or image creators, as authors or co-authors. AI tools used in research or manuscript preparation must be transparently disclosed in the cover letter, acknowledgments, and methods section. Authors are responsible for accuracy, avoiding plagiarism, and guarding against AI-induced bias. Editors may reject manuscripts for inappropriate AI use, and reviewers must refrain from AI-generated reviews to maintain confidentiality.

AI-generated images and other multimedia are not allowed in our journal without explicit permission from the editors. Exceptions may be considered for content in manuscript directly related to AI or machine learning, subject to evaluation on an individual basis.
