ELECTORAL LIMITATIONS AND PRINCIPLE OF GENERAL ELECTION
Abstract
The essence and classification of electoral limitations are made in this article. The groups of technical, safe and discriminative limitations are distinguished. The connection between the level of using electoral limitations and the level of observance of the principle of general election is examined.Downloads
