Abstract

The Ukrainian constitutional projects of the period of liberation struggle 1917-1921 are analyzed in the article. Author considers the level of observance of democratic principles of election in official projects of Constitutions of UPR and WUPR. The important attention is accentuated on study of author’s constitutional projects of O. Eihelman and S. Dnistrjanskiy.
