Social and economic value of rental agreements in the agricultural land use in Ukraine

Abstract

The paper describes the features of land lease relations in agriculture. Strengths, weaknesses, reasons and factors, occurring because of the influence of its development have been identified. Reasonable prospects of their improvement through the implementation of the best rent for the use of land shares have been grounded. The features of the existing standards in the legal framework to establish ownership of agricultural land in Ukraine have been considered. The ways to optimize the conditions of the lease transactions have been studied. The basic disorders specific to land - lease and ways to improve the protection of rights of landowners have been given. Methodological approaches to implementation of the mechanism of collateral rights to land lease and the need for a legislative solution have been grounded.
