Methodology of influence estimation of elemental dumps on the ecological state (on the example of the Kharkov area Dergachevsky district)

Abstract
On the offered methodology of elemental dumps influence estimation it is certain with the use of the controlled from distance and field methods of research, that all unauthorized dumps are located nearby administrative center and most settlements on district territory. Rendering of dumps harmless is impossible from a location in relief and swift growth of volume and area of dumps. Such solution is offered – fully to limit addition to the existent dumps.
