Abstract

At computations of maximum-possible upcasts of matters it is offered as computation hydrological terms to use the minimum average monthly charges of the year 95 % material well-being on seasons and to calculate the maximum-possible upcasts of matters for the 4th seasons of year. It allows to take into account assimilating power of river which differentiates in different seasons of year, will provide large possibility of its use, and from other side of building sewages сleaning will be involved only in a season with the minimum expenditure of water in a river. Offered approach will allow to minimize charges on  sewages сleaning  of reverse waters.
