Abstract

This work presents the physical model of non-specific endocytosis which is based on the hypothesis of periodical cell volume change, appearing from intracellular metabolic processes. Cell hydration leads to formation of domen, consisting of integral proteins, possessing their own negative spontaneous curvature. Further cell dehydration due to principle of minimum of free energy leads to formation of intracellular membrane bleb, separating from cell membrane
