Mathematical modelling of processes, defining radiosensitiveness differently oxygenation of layers of a malignant tumour's
Abstract
For layers of an orbicular tumor, the concept of mathematical modeling which determines its radiosensitivity was offered. Expression, which connects the survival rate of the irradiated cells to an absorbed dose X-ray or the gamma-radiation was obtained. The connection of expression parameters with oxygen concentration was analyzed and the dependence between the survival rate of tumor layers and their oxygenation was obtained.
