Філогенія ортологів генів β-естераз за межами роду Drosophila

Анотація
Гени β-естераз дрозофіл мають життєво важливі функції та присутні у всіх представників роду. Найбільш досліджений представник цих генів – Est-6 Drosophila melanogaster – грає важливу роль у репродукції. Але на даний час практично нічого не відомо про наявність та кількість цих генів у інших видів комах та їх молекулярну еволюцію. За допомогою пошукового інструменту BLAST знайдені нуклеотидні послідовності ортологів генів Est-6 D. melanogaster у 10 видів комах, що належать до 5 рядів. Показано, що послідовності β-естераз дрозофіл входять у один кластер з ортологічними послідовностями комарів Anopheles gambie, Aedes aegypti та Culex quinquefasciatus (ряд Diptera). Сестринський йому кластер утворюють ортологічні послідовності представників інших рядів інфракласу Neoptera. У представників таксонів Crustacea (Daphnia pulex), Myriapoda (Strigamia maritima) та Chelicerata (Tetranychus urticae) ортологи Est-6 не знайдені. За допомогою інструменту TimeTree обґрунтований ймовірний часовий проміжок виникнення генів, ортологічних генам β-естераз представників роду Drosophila. Обговорюється гіпотеза про виникнення предкових β-естеразам дрозофіл генів на ранніх етапах становлення класу Insecta.Завантаження
