Анотація
Окреслено засади упровадження інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій у діяльність органів публічного управління країн, що розвиваються. Визначено, що дискурс розвитку має конкретні матеріальні наслідки для країн, що розвиваються, зокрема для сфери розвитку ІКТ.
