    The scientific e-publication was founded in 2003; the frequency of issuance is four times a year; each issue of this publication runs to 30 publisher’s accounting sheets; the circulation is 300 copies (Certificate of state registration of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine – КВ No 15527-4099 ПР). The programme objective of the publication is promoting the development of the scientific domain of “Public Administration” and sharing the experience of addressing the challenges of public administration and local self-government (economic, legal, political, sociological, philosophic, educational, social, etc.).

    The publication is registered with the ISSN International Center (Paris, France) – ISSN 1727-6667.

    The scientific publication papers, grouped together under five headings, are devoted to the problem issues of public administration system development, state regulation of economic and social development processes, directions of reforming the local self-government system in Ukraine, foreign policy and national security issues.

    The scientific e-publication is included into the list of specialized scientific publications of Ukraine on public administration (Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dating 13 July 2015 No 747).

    The issues of the collection of scientific works “Theory and Practice of Public Administration” are available on the web-site of V. I. Vernadsky National Library of the Academy of Sciences of Ukraine  and the webpage of KRI NAPA. The publication is indexed in Google Scholar . Since 2017, the scientific publication has been indexed in the international scientometric database Index Copernicus International
