Abstract

In article the decentralization of power in Ukraine  was considered in the context of  conception of inclusive sustainable growth, emphasized presupposition of decentralization process, problems of local budgets, features of local budgets forming and perspectives of its growth, examined cooperation with regional development process in European countries and particular region in Poland.
