Photoelectric converter model studing based on monocrystal si using photo-electromagnetic and magneto-concentration effect
Abstract
The paper shows tendencies of developing photoelectric converters (PEC) which are based on the effi ciency increase due to optimization of both design and physical parameters. Different PEC designs are used for these purposes. There are PECs on the base of both monocrystal and amorphous Si, organic, photochemical and other PECs. Multilayer PECs have a high efficiency, but the technological process of their manufacture is very complex. The paper considers PECs on the base of monocrystal Si, as they are widely used, and shows description of the structure and principle of action of a PEC on the base of monocrystal Si. The practical importance of the paper consists in that fact that it describes pho toelectric magnetic and magnetoconcentration effects and PEC computer model as well as it considers methods of efficiency improvement.
