POLITICAL AND CIVIL LEGAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING IN UKRAINIAN SCHOOL: THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE STRATEGY OF DEMOCRATIZATION OR SIMULATION
Abstract
The international documents defining the strategy of political and legal education, civic education in democratic states are considered. The peculiarities of the educational process in modern Ukrainian school in terms of its impact on the civic education of schoolchildren are shown. The examples of everyday school life demonstrate that the political and legal education as well as the civic education at school are simulation.
