DEMOCRATIZATION FAILURE IN THE ARAB WORLD: THEORY NORMATIVISM VS POLITICAL REALITIES
Abstract
The most of widespread approaches towards explanations of democratization failure in the Arab World is analyzed in this article. Pointing out the obvious normative and teleological character of the given conceptions, the author suggests refusing from consideration the liberalization and deliberalization processes in this region according to transitology approach.Downloads
