SOUTHERN SUDAN INDEPENDENCE: REGIONAL PLAYERS’ INTERESTS AND ATTITUDES
Abstract
This article deals with the regional aspect of Southern Sudan problem on the eve of referendum about its self-determination. The policy of the most interested states in this region such as Egypt, Libya, Kenya, Uganda, Ethiopia, Eritrea is analyzed. The author tries to determine their vital interests and clearify their attitudes toward probable proclaiming independence by Southern Sudan.Downloads
