CITIZENSHIP IN THE CONTEXT OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL REFORMS IN UKRAINE
Abstract
The features of the constitutional reforms in Ukraine in the context of the relation of the state of modern theoretical concepts of „nation-state” and „nation-state” are analyzed, and the role of citizenship as an integrating factor in this process is examined. The author focuses on the features of the functioning of citizenship as a mechanism of „inclusion/exclusion” of individuals and groups from the political process and the political nation, the article also contains comparative analysis of the implementation and traditions of citizenship in Ukraine and neighboring countries.Downloads
