POLITICAL FRACTIONALIZATION AS A STRUCTURAL AND INSTITITIONAL PHENOMENON OF THE EUROPEAN UNION
Abstract
The article deals with phenomenon of EU political fractionalization. Author focuses on a problem of political contradictions between EU member states and their main grounds. The influence of political fractionalization to the political decision making process and foreign affairs of EU considered. It is underlined that the historical and cultural factors act main part in the process of political fractionalization.Downloads
