Лiкування судинних аномалiй у дiтей: результати фотодинамiчної терапiї
Анотація
У роботi дослiджено роль фотодинамiчної терапiї у лiкуваннi судинних аномалiй у дiтей. Пiд час ретроспективного (за 2009-2012 рр.) дослідження проаналiзованi результати хiрургiчного лiкування 245 дiтей з судинными аномалiями у Ташкентськiй медичнiй академiї, Узбекистан. Після міждисциплінарного обговорення, всім пацієнтам проводилася фотодинамічна терапія під загальним наркозом, з 5-АЛК в якості фотосенсiбiлiзатора. Під час лікування 85 зі 108 пацієнтів, які скаржились на довгостроковий бiль, відзначили покращення. 43 з 46 хворих, що страждали на кровотечi, спричiнені судинними аномалiями, повiдомили про їх значне зменшення. Скорочення розмiрiв набряку спостерiгали 189 зi 199 пацієнтів, а скорочення косметичних дефектiв, що спричненi судиннми аномалiями – 176 зi 205 пацiєнтiв, якi мали такi скарги до лiкування. У 63 з 65 випадкiв припинились iнфекцiйнi прояви цих патологiй. Клінічна оцінка показала, що у більше половини пацієнтів спостерiгався добрий лікувальний ефект. Значна клінічна відповідь мала місце у 148 (60,4%) хворих, помірна - у 70 (28,6%). Порiвняння радіологічних та ультразвукових зображень через 6 тижнiв пiсля фотодинамiчної терапiї з показано, що у 78 (31,8%) хворих мав мiсце помiрний лікувальний ефект, а у 122 (49,8%) пацiєнтiв - значний.Завантаження
