FORMATION OF EDUCATIONAL REALITY IN THE PROCESS OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Abstract
In the framework of the social constructivism conception the features of the process of formation is analyzed. Knowledge given in the process of socialization comes to person a priori, but social knowledge taken by way of the communication comes out from the common sense, forming and supporting for an account of social co-operations. It is shown that mental constructions and image of reality are created as a result of joint people activity, being a product of communication. Social knowledge about daily world is the construct which appears natural and obvious though it is created artificially, and belongs to a certain culture or community. It is revealed a gap between actual position of professionalism and new demands of community. It is pointed out that providing by people their originality in profession is very complicated problem of pedagogical being, it is built on the correlation of existing value meanings and obtaining of new value meanings, development of appropriate professional standards.
