THE ISSUE OF EXTERNAL LEGITIMACY OF THE STATE

Abstract
This article deals with the problem of justification of external legitimacy of the state which is closely linked with the principles applied in assessing the internal policy of other subjects. Here it comes as human rights, the violation of which leads to a deficiency of internal legitimacy of the state and to respect the principles of foreign policy. Often external legitimacy of the state is determined by the presence or absence of international recognition, which may entail certain political consequences, such as immersion of the state in political isolation or neglect in the «political oblivion» and vice versa.Downloads
