Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the existing features of the functioning of the enterprises of the industrial-financial and commercial-industrial sphere of the economy of Ukraine. The mechanisms of state regulation of the commercial and industrial sphere of the economy of Ukraine are also analyzed, and ways of increasing the efficiency of the activity of trade and industrial groups as a special form of industrial-financial groups in Ukraine are proposed.
