About the Journal

The scholarly collection “State Formation” (hereinafter — the Collection) is a peer-reviewed professional edition of Category “B”, dedicated to advancing knowledge in the field of public administration and governance, public policy and state management.

The collection is an international platform for publishing original research results, which publishes open access scientific articles with current results of theoretical and applied research in the field of public administration.

The publication regularly informs scientists and the broad professional community about the directions of public policy implementation, the development of the sphere of good and multi-level governance, sustainable and innovative social development, crisis management, national security and defense, European integration and offers author's theoretical explorations and proposals regarding state, regional and sectoral mechanisms of public administration.

The mission of the publication is to be an authoritative scientific resource for highlighting integration directions and mechanisms of public policy implementation and governance, interdisciplinary approaches to the implementation of public policy and strengthening the influence of researchers on making informed strategic and operational decisions at various levels of management of the modern state.The Collection accepts submissions from researchers, practitioners, public servants, postgraduate students, doctoral candidates and academics in the field of public administration and related disciplines.

Audience: scholars, specialists in public administration and local self-government, officials, postgraduate students, doctoral students and teachers in the field of public administration and administration.

 

The journal was founded in Kharkiv in 2006 and is listed in the International Register of Scientific Periodicals (Paris, France) with ISSN 1992-2337.

 

Since 2017, the journal has been indexed in the international scientometric database Index Copernicus International and other open-access scientometric databases.

Since 2021, the publisher and owner of all rights to the collection has been V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University.
