The mathematical model of DNA interaction with actinocin antibiotic
Abstract
The mathematical model describing the dynamics of DNA interaction with derivatives of actinocin is supposed based on the experimental results collected from investigations of DNA binding with derivatives of actinocin. The influence of hydration on interaction of dye with DNA is determined. It is shown that the received theoretical data is in agreement with experimental results obtained for the humid samples of thymus DNA.
