Transfer factor of immune reactivity to corpuscular antigens of staphylococcus aureus modulates ATPase activity and superprecipitation of cardiac muscle actomyosin
Abstract
The effect of the transfer factor of immune reactivity to corpuscular antigens of Staphylococcus aureus on ATPase activity and superprecipitation reaction of cardiac muscle actomyosin has been investigated in current work. These experimental results show that the immunoreactive substances enhance Ca2+, Mg2+-ATPase activity, and change parameters of actomyosin superprecipitation and under certain conditions, it may partly eliminate the inhibiting effect of exogenic NO-oxide donor - sodium nitroprusside.
