Physical mechanisms of interaction of actinocin derivatives with DNA 10. Physical properties of a complex of actinocil-bis-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)amine and double-stranded polyribocytidylic acid by methods of Raman spectroscopy and spectrophotometry
Abstract
A study of complexation of actinocin derivative actinocil-bis-(3-dimethyl aminopropyl)amine (ActIII) with a double-stranded structure of a polyribocytidylic acid ро1у(С),ро1у(С*) in aqueous solution was carried out by the methods of spectrophotometry and Raman spectroscopy. The quantitative analysis of the spectrophotometric concentration dependences allowed us to establish P/D intervals (P is the moles of phosphate, D is the moles of ligand), where ligands prevail with the different types of binding to double-stranded ро1у(С),ро1у(С*) structure (monomeric binding and aggregating). Groups of atoms of ActIII ligand phenoxazone ring participating in complexing with a polynucleotide matrix by the external type of binding were determined on the basis of obtained Raman spectra of ActIII- ро1у(С),ро1у(С*) complexes.
