Morphogenetic field forming and stability of bioreactor immobilization cells
Abstract
The reaction-diffuse medium of the bioreactor mathematical model is presented. The medium was created from the immobilization cells in the porous gel. Structural-functional connections were considered. They include the self-organization biosystem, spacing structure forming an internal dynamic of cells metabolic process. The main facts are morphogenetic field of the biosystem forming, the field dependence on diffusion process, and boundary conditions were analyzed. The functional stability of the morphogenetic field after biosystem breakdown was considered.
