Abstract

The article analyzes the changes in the formation of local budgets due to the implementation of the reform of fiscal decentralization. Highlighted features of the distribution of tax revenues between the different levels of government. Assessed the adequacy of the financial resources of local governments to ensure sustainable development of the territories. Defined current risks and formed recommendations for improving efektivnosti implementation of fiscal decentralization in Ukraine
