CHARACTERISTIC OF THE STATE AS A POLITICAL ORGANIZATION OF SOCIETY IN SCIENTIFIC STUDIES OF O.EIHELMANN
Abstract
The article analyses social and political views of O.Eihelmann – representative of Ukrainian opinion of inter-war period. Scientific theoretical approaches concerning the essence of the state as a political organization of society, theories of its origin, typology and functions are revealed in the article. The certain feature of a state determined by O.Eihelmann, its social purpose and format of relations with civil society, the ethical limits of state power are characterized.Downloads
