Анотація

Метою статті є вивчення впливу володіння інформаційними технологіями (ІТ) на методичну культуру магістрів професійної освіти.

Практика застосування інформаційних технологій у професійній освіті показала що: a) їх використання значно збільшує мотивацію здобувачів освіти до навчання; б) інформатизація навчання знижує психологічну напруженість комунікації здобувачів освіти в системі нових об’єктивних стосунків «здобувач освіти – комп’ютер – викладач; в) інформатизація навчання збільшує продуктивність праці та підвищує інформаційну культуру викладачів ЗВО. Нове покоління фахівців повинне мати таку освіту, яка надає можливість ефективно та за досить короткий час опановувати не тільки технічні пристрої та обладнання, вже створені попередніми поколіннями, але й також ті, що можуть з’явитися в майбутньому. Вони повинні бути підготовлені до подальшого розвитку науки, техніки й технологій. Сучасне розуміння готовності випускників ЗВО до оволодіння новими інформаційними технологіями передбачає: знання інструментів ІТ і здатність використовувати їх; здатність добувати, аналізувати й застосовувати інформацію; добру адаптованість, виражену в умінні впоратися з інформаційними навантаженнями, викликаними відновленням промислових технологій тощо.

Методами дослідження стали: різнобічний аналіз наукових психолого-педагогічних, методичних джерел; синтез й узагальнення доцільних підходів до розв’язання досліджуваних проблем.

Доцільною є інтеграція сучасних інформаційних технологій в усі професійні навчальні дисципліни, що вимагає певного рівня професійної підготовки від викладацького складу, їх знання потенціалу цих технологій, а також здатності використовувати всі їх можливості в практичних і наукових цілях. Інтеграція інформаційних технологій в освітній процес повинна бути педагогічно доцільною та виправданою й служити додатковим фактором, а не бути тотальною заміною традиційних форм, методів і засобів навчання в системі сучасної професійної освіти.

Вбачається перспективним виявлення організаційно-педагогічних умов формування інформаційної культури як складової методичної культури у майбутніх магістрів професійної освіти.
